Tiers

Each tier replaces the one before it. Focus is the running total the line has cost by the time you take it, not what that tier alone adds.

Fearless LeaderWhen Hawks is present, increases Assist Damage by +1 for all Operators

Fearless Leader IIWhen Hawks is present, increases Assist Damage by +1 and Defense by +1 for all Operators.

Fearless Leader IIIWhen Hawks is present, increases Assist Damage by +2 and Defense by +1 for all Operators.
