The homeworld of the Chagrians, Champala features high plateaus covered in dense jungles and surrounded by vast oceans. It is famous for the wide variety of aquatic life in its seas, and is a popular fishing destination.

The galaxy map builds its planets in a shader rather than shipping a picture of each one. This marble uses Champala's own surface material: its land and sea gradients, its temperature, its sea level and its tint colours. The continents are generated, because the game generates those too.

Galactic record

Champala is seas and the Chagrian homeworld, sitting on the Hydian Way in the Inner Rim. Mas Amedda came from here, which gave a quiet ocean world a voice at the top of the Republic and then the Empire.
