Our operators restored running water to all of Raxus Secundus - for a few rotations. As soon as the Imperial Governor noticed, he immediately diverted the water supply, and cracked down on dissidents, making future contracts on Raxus highly unlikely.
BSteal the computer core. The plant isn't working anyway, and starting it up will draw suspicion.
Our team told the settlement that their plant can't be salvaged, and left with their computer core. Hey, they're no worse off than before.
CCoordinate with the settlement. Jae: "We can restore water to the settlement, but unless the Raxians agree to ration themselves, they'll draw Imperial attention."
Jae coordinated the Raxians, drawing up a plan for them to ration their water usage in order to avoid drawing Imperial attention. The water's back, and the settlers are safe.
