The galaxy map builds its planets in a shader rather than shipping a picture of each one. This marble uses Nevarro's own surface material: its land and sea gradients, its temperature, its sea level and its tint colours. The continents are generated, because the game generates those too.

Nevarro is lava field and black rock with one city that matters. Nevarro City sits on the Hydian Way and works as a trading port, which is what drew the Bounty Hunters' Guild to base itself there. The Empire held the planet and an Imperial remnant held it after.
