The galaxy map builds its planets in a shader rather than shipping a picture of each one. This marble uses Rodia's own surface material: its land and sea gradients, its temperature, its sea level and its tint colours. The continents are generated, because the game generates those too.
Rodia's cities sit under environmental domes, because the jungle and marsh outside them are not somewhere to spend time. The Rodians govern through a Grand Protector seated at Equator City. The planet held with the Republic, went briefly to the Separatists, and ended up under the Empire like most of the Outer Rim.
