This water planet is home to the Selkath, and exports the galaxy's supply of kolto. While bacta has earned a reputation for being the most ubiquitous and effective medical substance, kolto has remained popular in certain circles as a cheaper alternative.

The galaxy map builds its planets in a shader rather than shipping a picture of each one. This marble uses Manaan's own surface material: its land and sea gradients, its temperature, its sea level and its tint colours. The continents are generated, because the game generates those too.

Manaan is ocean, all of it. The Selkath are native and built Ahto City out over the water, and their long custody of the planet's seas has drawn criminal interest more than once.
