Onderon

Onderon is a world covered by lush jungles and filled with dangerous creatures, and most of the population resides within enormous walled cities. At the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Onderon's king was commited to neutrality - however, a new monarch ousted the old regime and aligned Onderon with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and now skirmishes between Separatist occupation forces and local rebels are a common occurance.

The galaxy map builds its planets in a shader rather than shipping a picture of each one. This marble uses Onderon's own surface material: its land and sea gradients, its temperature, its sea level and its tint colours. The continents are generated, because the game generates those too.

Galactic record

Onderon's population lives behind walls. Iziz is the capital and the largest of the walled cities holding the jungle and its predators out. The planetary government went over to the Separatists during the Clone Wars, and the rebel cell that formed in answer is the one that ended up mattering.
