Home to the headquarters of the InterGalactic Banking Clan and the Muun species, Scipio is a frigid world of craggy mountain peaks. The Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems view this planet as neutral ground, as both factions rely heavily on loans from the Banking Clan to support their armies.

The galaxy map builds its planets in a shader rather than shipping a picture of each one. This marble uses Scipio's own surface material: its land and sea gradients, its temperature, its sea level and its tint colours. The continents are generated, because the game generates those too.
Scipio is ice, and underneath the ice is the money. The InterGalactic Banking Clan put its headquarters here and kept the galaxy's accounts in a vault fortress among the Frigia Canyons.
